Serendipity, a noun, occurs by chance. the ability to uncover pleasant and surprising things through chance.
Since she couldn't get the high-quality, reasonably priced childcare she desired for her own kids, Kelly Alls entered the child-care profession in 1997 as a childminder working from home (all 5 of them). Kelly thought it was time to take the plunge and open her own Nursery because her services were quickly in demand and she had a big waiting list.
The original Serendipitys Day Nursery and Pre-School opened its doors in 1998 in Bingham, Nottingham, with the mission of offering the best childcare possible at an accessible price in a cosy setting.
With locations in Bingham, Balderton, Newark, Cotgrave, and Grantham, Serendipitys presently runs 5 day nurseries.
Since the first Serendipitys Day Nursery opened more than 20 years ago, all of them have operated with the same philosophy and devotion.
Every Serendipitys Day Nursery is designed to feel like a home away from home, giving each child the confidence they need to explore the world on their own terms and reach their best potential.
No matter their level of education or experience, all nursery employees must complete the Serendipitys Training Programme and pass a written test in order to be hired. The training programme makes sure that everyone on staff shares Kelly's love for Serendipity and its culture.
We strive to provide the highest quality childcare and instruction in a warm, homelike setting.
to give a youngster the resources they need to study and discover things on their own
to collaborate with parents and exhibit flexibility for parents who are working.
We pledge to provide your kid with the same level of love and support they would receive at home, to help them discover things on their own, and to help them get ready for the future.
