Sandmartins Nursery Ltd

Debbie Ashby and Helen Pearson, the Directors of Sandmartins Nursery Ltd. and everyday hands-on workers, are in charge of the staff team. Additionally, we have a Deputy Manager, highly qualified nursery practitioners, a nursery cook, and a nursery cleaner. The Early Years Professional Status (EYP), Foundation Degree, Level 5 Management and Leadership, NNEB, Cache, BTEC, QTS, or NVQ Level 3 are all full childcare qualifications held by all childcare staff. All employees are current on their health and safety (such as COSHH, risk assessment, and safeguarding) as well as paediatric first aid certifications. To support us in our ongoing professional development, Early Years (North Yorkshire County Council), NDNA, and other Early Years specialists who present relevant subjects are used to update and increase staff training.
