Welcome to the FroGS Friends of Grendon School, a parent-teacher organisation for the Grendon Underwood Combined Schools.
We are a lively club that engages the neighbourhood while raising money for the school. We work to make sure that our initiatives improve the educational experience for kids overall.
Additionally, we invested in a Buddy bench, playthings, and a shop to improve math and role-playing abilities on the playground.
We helped with school clean-up days by removing the climber, planting flowers, power-washing play areas, cleaning carpets, and decorating the canteen.
Through our fundraising events, we hope to provide the kids the best time possible. The Christmas and Summer Fayres, discos, movie evenings, hot chocolate cafés, and birthday parties in the playgrounds are just a few of the enjoyable events we often host.
Our well-known School Uniform Shop enables parents to conveniently and affordably buy excellent quality used uniform for their kids in the schoolyard.
All parents and caregivers are welcome to attend our meetings, which are open to the public. We would love to have fresh ideas to continue our fabulous efforts to date.
Every parent at Grendon Underwood School belongs to FroGS, making them PTA members as well. We operate on the premise that the more, the merrier, so please don't hesitate to get in touch if you want to join us. We recognise that you are all busy parents, which is why our system is divided into four categories: committee members, regular volunteers, helpers for specific event days and times, and one-time helpers. Any support is greatly valued.
