From the Rush Green Preschool
I extend a warm welcome to you on our school website on behalf of the students, teachers, and governors. The school achieved its first GOOD Ofsted rating in 2014 after merging the underperforming infant and junior schools in 2013. This was followed by ten months of intense improvement. Rush Green Primary School has since advanced quickly to rank among the best schools in Barking and Dagenham and abroad.
The school received recognition and congratulations from the Rt Hon Nick Gibb, Minister of State for School Standards, in 2016 for the extremely high level of development that our students make. The school has since been recognised by the Mayor of London, the Regional Schools Commissioner, and the London Schools for Success Programme. Most recently, we were nominated for The Pearsons Award for School of the Year Making a Difference.
The school is working to build on recent accomplishments and is moving forward in its mission to give every child an exemplary education. We have high expectations for what our students can accomplish, and we work to innovate and inspire all students through a broad and balanced curriculum in order for them to achieve their full potential and develop into self-assured, articulate, and prosperous adults in a society that is constantly changing.
With the help of superb staff and resources, we give our students an exceptional learning experience that helps them achieve their full potential. Visits to our school are highly encouraged, and we look forward to collaborating with you as we strive to be the best we can be.
