Our baby area is located upstairs, toddlers are housed in our ground-floor barn that has been transformed, and once kids turn three, they move into our pre-school on the lower level.
We are aware that a healthy parent-carer relationship promotes a positive nursery experience for everyone.
We promote constant contact between the nursery and both parents.
Through our internal noticeboards, website, Facebook page, Instagram, monthly newsletters, open sessions, and parents information sessions, you may stay informed about what happens at the nursery.
We encourage parental and child participation in each kid's online daily diary so that we can find out what you have been up to on weekends and during vacations and so that we can share with you anything we feel you want to know.
Parent-key worker evenings are regularly scheduled throughout the year at the childcare.
You can speak with caregivers every day if you choose.
The qualified childcare team of Rooftops Montessori Nursery School totals 15, resulting in a higher than normal kid to caregiver ratio.
Staff members each have several years of childcare experience and are qualified to Levels 2 and 3 in Early Years.
Owner Hannah Hurley is a certified nursery nurse with more than 15 years of project management experience in the NHS.
We employ local school and college students on work-study programmes and help train apprentices.
