Near Junction 26 of the M6 at the Orrell interchange, Redwoods two converted Victorian residences are set in grounds covering more than half an acre.
Redwood accommodates children from 6 weeks old to school-age across the two buildings with exciting, challenging and stimulating activities on offer every day, along with genuine care and nurture your little one is sure to be kept busy, safe and having fun!
Janet opened the nursery in March of 1992 after finding it very difficult to find good quality childcare for her first child Kate.
Redwood House is where Kate grew up, and she has witnessed its growth throughout the years.
It was with great pride, that in June of 2016, we received the award for Number 1 Nursery in Wigan in the Nursery of the year competition voted by parents, both past and present in the Wigan Evening Post and Wigan Observer.
We were ecstatic to receive Nursery of the Year for a second time in 2018 after the public vote!
