We want every family's experience at Red Hen to be positive and rewarding. We respect each child's personality and foster individuality as well as social skills with people of all ages. We are proud of the abilities that all of our children bring to school with them, and our SEND policy ensures that every child receives the help they require. We feed into 12 to 17 different schools each year, so we have a lot of expertise with this crucial transition.
We are very aware of our impact on the environment. Since we began in 2004, we have planted over 1000 trees in our nature areas, and we will be busy planting again from winter 2021 through spring 2022. On the farm, learning about and appreciating our biodiversity starts very early on, and we hope to ignite a desire for a lifetime of fascination with the wonders of the natural world. We also have PV solar panels, and we take care to use less plastics and produce less garbage overall.
The Red Hen staff members sincerely enjoy providing family-centered care. The level of care is excellent, and I'm always amazed and proud of what my child gets to do every day. I adore the staff's pure, honest, and upbeat demeanour and consider myself quite fortunate to have discovered such a wonderful nursery for my kids.
