Staff members may make sure that kids understand their own and other people's behaviour, its effects, and how to tell right from wrong.
For instance, rules regarding tidying up can be agreed upon by staff and children together, and staff can help youngsters understand that rules apply to everyone.
Managers and leaders should foster an environment of diversity and tolerance where beliefs, cultures, ethnicities, and points of view are recognised and young people are involved in the larger society.
