As a working mother of three, I am aware of the normal concerns that parents experience when they must leave their kids in the care of others.
My goal has always been to build nurseries with stimulating environments where kids may play and learn while being looked after by professionals of the highest calibre. Working parents must have confidence in our personnel and like working in our upbeat, loving environments in order to fully commit to their careers.
I've been a qualified nurse, midwife, health visitor, and childcare lecturer for over 25 years. I also educate and test nursery nurses and have produced several childcare textbooks. The welfare of each individual child is of the utmost importance to me as a hands-on owner.
Anne Prescott, the owner of Rushcliffe Day Nurseries (Early Years Professional).
The majority of our workforce has been employed by the Nurseries for a number of years, creating a warm, family-like environment.
In order to maintain our high standards of care and education, we employ more people than the Children Act of 2006 suggests. Additionally, the majority of our staff members have received training in-house.
Every employee has completed paediatric first aid training. At Radcliffe-on-Trent Day Nursery, we are pleased to have received the Millies Mark, which acknowledges our dedication to ensuring the safety of kids.
All of our settings offer complete security for kids and their parents thanks to the positive atmosphere and the kindness and friendliness of the employees. Children exhibit a strong sense of safety, security, and happiness in the nursery, according to Ofsted, and there are strong safeguards in place to protect the kids.
