Primrose Hill Day Nursery

We think that both parents and kids have a right to expect respect and fast, considerate attention to their needs and wishes. We are open to recommendations on how to make our setting better, and we will respond quickly and seriously to any issues with how the setting is being administered.
We sincerely hope that you'll feel comfortable speaking with us directly about any worries or problems. You should initially communicate with your child's Key Person or Room Leader. They will check to see if they comprehend your worries before providing you with an explanation that should hopefully put your mind at ease. If the situation is not rectified to your satisfaction, you should communicate with Pippa Castardo, the nursery manager. You can schedule an appointment with Claire for a mutually convenient time if you'd rather speak privately or without your child present.
Ofsted mandates that all complaints be recorded, along with the resolution and any subsequent actions. If necessary, an Ofsted Childcare Inspector must be able to see these records.
