It gives us the chance to learn about your needs and for you and your kid to get to know one another, which makes settling in a quick and comfortable process.
We prefer to visit you at home to officially welcome you into the polkadot family.
During this visit, we will also schedule your moving-in with you.
During settling-ins, you and your infant will visit the nursery and spend time with our staff in the room that your child will occupy.
This provides you with the chance to get to know your child's caregivers and inquire about their daily schedule, interests, and dislikes.
Your daily communication with us will be through your child's take-home book.
When you return to the daycare, you will use the book to inform the staff there about the kind of sleep your child received, whether they took any medication, when they did, and how much of their last bottle they had.
You may also use it to describe your child's activities so that we can comprehend their moods.
The care of your child depends on knowing this information, which enables us to give them the best care possible.
Our wildly popular Forest School is located in the spectacular Ragley Hall grounds and provides everything the child imagination might want, from pond dipping to assault courses, theatre shows to jewellery making, campfires to cooking.
We acknowledge the vast range of special needs that kids and their families may have in the neighbourhood, and we'll think about what we can do to help meet those needs in our settings.
Young children's needs change as they become older and reach different developmental stages.
We put a lot of effort into maintaining the proper ratio between what is suitable for each individual child and what fits the typical age and developmental stage of kids in their peer group.
No child gets promoted to the next group before they are prepared for it and their parents are okay with it.
Each room includes a daily activity log that is complemented with pictures, explanations, and videos so that parents may see what their children have been doing.
Each of our baby units has a separate cot room, and every child has their own bedding. All of our settings are on one ground floor level to guarantee that our kids have easy access to big outside spaces.
You will always be greeted by a member of staff, not an automated system a friendly face that recognises you and offers a warm welcome.

While other facilities might provide extra services to help parents out, we only focus on caring for their child.
