Play2day Nurseries (Ipswich)

We provide care for kids from birth to age five and have various schedules to accommodate different childcare needs. We are open seven days a week from 7.30 am to 6.30 pm. The full day programme, which includes breakfast, lunch, and a light tea, is also available for kids. We acknowledge that working a 9 to 5 job is less common than it previously was, and that many people need childcare with more flexibility to accommodate the demands of contemporary families.
We are pleased with our ofsted rating of Good.
Children between the ages of 2 and 4 are cared for in the "Friendly Foxes and Little Owls" room.
Our Little Owls (2–3 years old) are looked after by our extremely skilled Level 3 practitioners with an emphasis on the main learning areas: Personal, Social, and Emotional Development, Physical Development, and Communication and Language Being at the Forefront of Learning. Play is the foundation of all learning, and a child's interests drive it totally.
With a focus on all areas of learning, including math, literacy, understanding the world, expressive arts, and design, our Friendly Foxes (3–4 years old) enjoy the added benefit of being taught by a QTS along with Level 3 practitioners. Our Friendly Foxes leave us prepared for their next significant educational step thanks to a thorough school preparedness programme.
