Communication: Staff work in partnerships with parents and the schools that children attend to make sure they meet children's individual needs.

Welcoming and Professional Staff: Staff are welcoming and approachable. They are kind and caring and children form strong attachments with them.

Safeguarding Training: Staff regularly attend child protection training and their knowledge is monitored by managers as part of their professional development.

Child Safety Management: Staff know the procedures to follow if there are any concerns about a child's welfare and how to recognise if a child's well-being is at risk.

Children's Safety and Security: There are well-organised transport arrangements to and from the schools that children attend, which ensures children's safety. Access to the premises is monitored well and staff check the identity of all visitors before allowing them in.

Nutritional Menu: Children eat healthy snacks and meals or bring their own snacks from home. Staff provide children with a selection of healthy meals and snacks during the evening session and toast and cereals at breakfast.
