You may rest assured that Little Pippins adheres to the strictest management procedures while your kid is in our care. We put our faith in the expertise of our personnel, and we have discovered that this strategy is well received. To ensure the happiness of our employees, kids, and parents, we continually reinvest in Little Pippins. Compliance and standards are crucial in childcare situations. When employing new employees, we always follow the Safer Recruitment procedures outlined by our local government. To provide our services, we work with employees who are highly qualified (qualified to NVQ level 3, with a mixture of Level 1 and Level 2 safeguarding certifications). To satisfy our quality objectives, the participants have a range of work-related qualifications. Excellent staff certifications in food safety and paediatric first aid are available. In 2017, Little Pippins Ltd was established as a daycare company. Four equally sized stockholders make up this limited business. The owners have a diverse range of expertise. Lynn Dunn, a recently retired primary school teacher, has expertise about education. She has experience in primary education as a teacher, senior manager, and headteacher. Nigel Cox, a local business owner who has held senior roles in significant worldwide IT organisations as well as numerous smaller, global application software enterprises, is responsible for Little Pippins' entrepreneurial skills. As the current Chair of the Lower Penn Parish Council and a member of the Victory Hall Management Committee, Nigel is now voluntarily involved in the neighbourhood.
