From the Olive Tree Day Nursery
In February 2021, the private full-day care facility Olive Tree Day Nursery opened its doors. The programme has received Ofsted approval and complies with the Early Years Foundation Stage, the legal framework for children's learning, development, and care. Leaders in the organisation are fiercely competitive and tremendously ambitious. It gains from the extensive knowledge and expertise gained via work in the business, nonprofit, and public sectors. 50 children between the ages of 0 and 5 can be accommodated in the nursery.
The nursery is located in a well-known neighbourhood shopping centre at numbers 59 and 61 on Coopers Road. In a residential section of Handsworth Wood, some 8 km north of Birmingham City Centre, Coopers Road connects to Worlds End Road, which is off Handsworth Wood Road. The building, which consists of two levels and a dynamic outside garden area, seeks to give all children a comfortable and secure environment as well as plenty of room, light, and colour to improve their feelings of well-being and make learning fun.
Our skilled and knowledgeable team works hard to provide a setting where the kids feel secure, content, and appreciated as people. The staff makes sure to give the kids in their care a stimulating atmosphere so they can grow and develop into happy people.
Our hiring process for employees is focused on their credentials, expertise, enthusiasm, and concern for kids. Every employee undergoes a Disclosure and Barring Service screening (DBS). The manager of the setting has Early Years Professional Status (EYPS) and is an Early Years Specialist in Nurturing Environment. We are registered with and subject to inspection by Ofsted.
There are both full-time and part-time positions available Monday through Friday from 7.30 am to 6 pm, 365 days a year. On bank holidays, we are not open.
