Oaklands Nursery is a long-established Local Authority nursery school, which along with the childcare company run by the nursery, offers families accessible, affordable and high quality education and childcare for children aged 2 4 years. We also provide a range of family groups in our community room.
The well qualified and experienced staff at Oaklands provide well planned, innovative and exciting activities centred around the children's interests and specific needs to move children's learning forward. A qualified teacher works with all the children and oversees planning and assessment.
We provide a warm, caring environment where children are safe and happy.
The provision is broad and balanced, covering all areas of learning in Early Years Foundation Stage and includes Forest Schools, fantastic outdoor provision and a very large open plan purpose-built nursery room.
We provide an environment where children develop confidence, independence, self-esteem and a love of learning.
We aim to ensure that every child is happy and reaches their full potential.
