From the Oak Tree Day Nursery
For the full-day care of 60 kids between the ages of 3 months and 5 years, Oak Tree Day Nursery is registered with Ofsted Early Years.
There are five distinct rooms in the Nursery.
The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), which covers the period of a child's development from birth to the end of their first (reception) year of school, is the curriculum that we use.
The idea of turning green has inspired us.
We think that educating our kids about the environment will have a big impact on their awareness, lifestyle choices, and decisions as they get older. This can help to preserve the ecosystem's natural resources for both the present and the future.
The Forest School method, which engages kids via fulfilling outdoor activities, is another inspiration for us.
Children have a wonderful opportunity to explore the outdoors, form a bond with nature, and develop a wide range of abilities, including social, emotional, and personal development as well as physical growth and communication.
In addition to biannual Parents' Conferences, we offer a monthly newsletter that informs Parents of any changes and activities in the Nursery. Parents are invited to key worker meetings and progress discussions in the evenings.
We give parents access to a portal called My Nursery Child, which provides them with daily information on their kids, including what they ate and what activities they participated in.
