We have remained active for 19 years, operating an after-school programme out of Shakespeare Hall on Fort Road in Newhaven.
In the Lewes District, our club was the first establishment to receive level 2 Aiming High accreditation for Quality Assurance.
Our clubs offer a welcoming, enjoyable, safe, and challenging atmosphere that is kid-led and attentive to kids' play needs. Many clubs choose a more organised setting, but N.I.P.P.E.R.S. believes that kids need time to unwind, play, and hone their social skills after a hard school day.
Our staff is dedicated to providing the highest standard of care for children while giving parents and caregivers peace of mind. The recognised credential for people working in the play sector is the Playwork NVQ, which our team members either possess or are pursuing. Additionally, staff members have received First Aid, Child Protection, Special Education Needs, and Forest School training. All have passed DBS and appropriate person checks.
N.I.P.P.E.R.S. just relocated to the East Side Social Centre, where we have a special play area for kids to have fun, play games, and make a mess!
