We are a Community Interest Company (CIC), a not-for-profit organisation. As such, all funds are reinvested in the company to improve training, buy new toys, equipment, and play experiences that we can provide the kids with without having to charge the parents for them, like visits from guide dogs for the blind, Hampshire Ambulance, and Hampshire Fire & Rescue. directs and coordinates our organization's internal structure in accordance with our corporate policies, objectives, and goals to ensure a productive workplace and that the demands of the kids, parents/guardians, and business are continuously satisfied. To make sure everything operates properly and in compliance with Ofsted requirements, Emma collaborates with managers and staff. ensuring that all clubs comply to all financial and other policies and procedures. reviewing and auditing work procedures to see if they are effective and, if not, coming up with a replacement plan utilising reflective practise. conceiving and being able to carry out answers to challenges. carries out strategies intended to achieve business objectives by modifying policies and mentoring staff.
