At Nene Valley Day Nursery, we prioritise delivering results, high-quality service, and added value. Our main objective is to make sure that we offer the best daycare that is both available and inexpensive. Our nursery will set itself apart by giving everything we do a passionate attention to detail that is supported by our quality programme. Your kids will be cared for, cherished, and stimulated in a functional, immaculate, and most importantly, cosy environment. In all facets of the nursery, we will encourage a sound understanding and respect for natural values. Above all, we want your kids to leave our nursery with the self-assurance and capabilities to prepare them for the challenges they'll face in school and beyond. We fervently believe that this is a team effort between the nursery and the parents, and we will work to foster the favourable conditions necessary for that partnership to be successful. We are registered with Ofsted, who inspects us in accordance with the Early Years Foundation and the Children Act of 1989. When a team member has a concern about the health and safety of a child in their care, where they could, for example, think some type of child abuse is occurring, even in the workplace, we have put in place a detailed set of protocols for staff to follow. This may take the shape of abuse—physical, sexual, emotional, or otherwise—or neglecting to look out for the best interests of the child. As a result of our nursery's commitment to working in cooperation with parents and caregivers, it is our policy to let you know about any concerns we may have as well as any LCSB referrals or advice we may need.
