Minnie and Mamma Day Nursery has implemented a strict hiring procedure to assist kids in achieving regulated pre-school levels. The staff is welcoming, competent, proud of the kids starting into the path of opportunity, and driven by caring for them.
The nursery assistants, manager, and deputy manager provide assistance to the family partnership. In collaboration with parents and caregivers, we are dedicated to setting the standard for excellent care and engaging learning. To make sure the kids have relevant experiences and get good results, we welcome feedback and recommendations.
Minnie and Mamma Day Nursery is aware of how important staff development is. This serves as the foundation upon which we can convey the knowledge and abilities we seek. Staff receives ongoing supervision and training that follows prescribed courses in order to meet these objectives.
