Hello, my name is Michelle Ryan, and Millies Day Nursery is a business I founded.
Since Summer 2017, Millies has been running out of my house. After just one year, we outgrew the space, therefore in September 2018, we moved Millies to Shenley.
A second nursery location for Millies will open in Borehamwood in the fall of 2021.
I've worked in daycare for more than 25 years.
Both Millies Shenley and Millies Borehamwood are rooted in my love and enthusiasm for outside provision.
In Millies nurseries, we value and recognise that every child develops and learns at their own rate.
Our nurseries have a deep love and enthusiasm for outdoor play, and we offer high quality nursery activities and experiences across the full EYFS curriculum for all the kids to thrive in. We also give high quality interactions for both care and education.
I am therefore incredibly proud of the services offered by Millies.
The children will receive the best care and educational opportunities possible from Millies.
In order to ensure that every child realises their potential, Millies' main goal is to promote a child's love of learning in a stimulating, secure, and enjoyable atmosphere.
A young child's first nursery experience will be positive thanks to Millies, and we support growth at each child's own pace.
Ensure a welcome environment that is safe and secure for everyone.
Make sure that the child's nursery experience and home life are seamless.
Make sure the kids learn to respect one another, the teachers, and their surroundings.
Encourage kids to constantly "Be Your Best" in line with the Millies philosophy.
All year long, equal monthly costs are due; fees include food, diapers, wipes, and cremes.
