As a non-profit organisation and a registered charity, Vision Redbridge Culture and Leisure will reinvest all profits back into the community to raise the standard of the facilities and services that are provided to you. Vision RCL is dedicated to collaborating with the London Borough of Redbridge as a social enterprise in order to provide a variety of leisure and cultural services to the communities we serve.
A Board of 10 Director Trustees, including 8 Community representatives and 2 local council members, is in charge of running the business. Iain Varah, the chief executive, is supported by a senior management group that includes Kevin Wackett, head of parks & open spaces, and Gareth Morley, head of culture & libraries.
