Mad Hatter's Nursery School offers a wide range of extracurricular activities, specially built classrooms, a beautifully furnished outside space, and highly qualified staff. All of this sparks kids' curiosity and excitement for learning, especially when combined with our "home from home" approach.
Since Liphook Infant School and Mad Hatter's have such strong ties, your child will be well-prepared for Year R and will transition to their new school without any disruptions. In addition, a thorough process for transferring students from nursery school to infant school is included, along with exchanging training and resources with the Liphook School Federation.
Two carefully created classrooms are located in a purpose-built structure within our childcare. The room where Little Hattie sleeps can hold up to 22 toddlers and preschoolers. Up to 24 kids between the ages of 3 and 4 can stay at Big Hattie's.
Both rooms offer a messy play area where kids can engage in tactile activities like painting, playdough modelling, collage, sand play, and water play.
The children can take advantage of a well-stocked book corner, a role-play area, and floor space in the main section of each room where they can play with a variety of toys, participate in group activities, and have story time.
The nursery contains a hard area that is enclosed and a separate grass area. The outdoor spaces provide the kids with a sensory herb garden, role-play houses, a digging area, a mud kitchen exploration area, a bug motel in a natural setting, a big sandbox, outdoor playthings, and a big playhouse.
Little Hattie's also boasts a spacious covered veranda to enable the children to enjoy activities outside with shelter from the weather. The nursery's excellent quality outside area allows the children to pursue activities during all seasons.
