From the Little Rascals Nursery
Little Rascals Nursery Worthing: a little about us.
We are a family-run nursery, and I, Sharon, am the owner.
I started Little Rascals Preschool in Worthing's Christchurch Road in April 1998 after realising there were not enough daycare facilities for my four young children.
Little Rascals Nursery opened its doors in February 2004 in a prominent Worthing location.
The goal is to offer affordable, high-quality pre-school instruction and daycare to all local families.
Ensure that children receive high-quality care in a warm, secure, and stimulating setting.
The development of our team is a key part of our commitment to provide the highest standards, based on best practises.
Provide a service that is unmatched while hiring personnel who are dedicated, enthusiastic, caring, and have a love for children.
A team of amiable, knowledgeable specialists who work at Little Rascals oversee the organisation and guarantee the provision of high-quality physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care.
We pick our Big Rascals based on their love of kids, their ability to give your child the kind of first-rate care and commitment you would expect as a parent, as well as their qualifications and experience.
We value our seasoned employees and make significant investments in their ongoing professional growth to make sure we can offer the kids a cutting-edge service.
All new employees, volunteers, and students who join our organisation undergo a Disclosure and Barring Check (DBS). When employees begin working for us, they are given a training programme as part of their induction.
We provide the best training possibilities for our employees in order to complement and advance the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum (EYFS).
By ensuring that staff members have extensive knowledge and understanding earned through their professional development, the greatest child care is made possible.
We prioritise quality, consistency, and continuity, therefore we use a key person system to make sure that every child has a primary caregiver they can connect with as parents and who will be the go-to person for any questions, requests, or complaints.
We are members of the National Day Nurseries Association and believe it is essential to stay current with best practises in order to provide you and your child with the finest care possible.
Regarding the kids in our care, we demand devotion and dedication.
You can anticipate working for us.
At Little Rascals, we value training.
We firmly think that while they are working, our employees should have the chance to advance their education and skill sets.
