From the Little Peeps Nursery
At Little Peeps Nursery, our professional staff's primary goal is to make sure that every child has a joyful and fulfilling day in a secure, enjoyable, and laid-back setting.
We always pay attention to your kids' accomplishments.
We have two alternative settings to offer you and your child because we think that all children can achieve great things in the correct environment.
Each setting's skilled and experienced staff members want to provide every child a day they won't soon forget.
Our goal is for your child to be able to write their own name, recognise the letters of the alphabet, count to 10 and recognise each number independently, understand science and technology, history, and geography, appreciate art and music, have rudimentary computer skills, be well-rounded and balanced by the time they leave the nursery and begin primary school.
We take great satisfaction in having a stable team of employees and strongly value them.
This goes hand in hand with an awareness of the children's requirements and developmental stages.
The nurseries are operated in a compassionate and expert manner because the nursery's proprietor, Jenny Baron, has over 20 years of expertise in childcare and is a mother of two herself.
Our employees are chosen for their personalities and qualities as well as their credentials and expertise.
We want to provide your child with a safe, secure atmosphere that is also stimulating. Our staff members fully embrace our ethos.
We only hire personnel who have the correct personality and traits for working at Little Peeps Nursery, people who support our learning policies, and who can maintain a stimulating yet quiet learning environment for the kids. This is in addition to considering their qualifications and experience.
Our performance is continuously evaluated, and all staff members have access to ongoing professional development and training opportunities throughout the year in order to maintain high standards for quality and childcare.
Regular team gatherings and internal training programmes further foster a sense of camaraderie and inspire employees to take pride in their significant contribution to your child's growth.
Each setting has staff members who are qualified and have specific responsibilities in fields like children's special needs, health and safety, etc.
