Little Paxton Pre School

On Friday, September 27, 2019, we had a "ca-moo-flage day" to kick off our mini-moo project. We urged the kids to dress up for a special day and wear animal prints or camouflage for a donation of $1.
This money was used to adopt our mini-moo, and our wonderful PTA supported us with the remaining amount, eager to make sure every kid got the chance to take part in a top-notch art trail around Cambridge.
Each student at the school came up with a design concept to honour all that we appreciate about Little Paxton.
Then, a group of kids decided which components they liked most, including our school's emblem, encouraging sayings, the neighbourhood, and 14 birds to stand in for the 14 Little Paxton Primary classrooms.
We asked for names for our mini-moo, and each class then voted on their favourite.
The excitement to visit Cambridge and search the path for our MeMoo and the rest of the herd was shared by kids, parents, and teachers.
Due to the worldwide epidemic, we were forced to wait a full 14 months before the trail went online.
After the art trail was over, our miniature dalmatian returned to Little Paxton Primary School and found her everlasting pasture.
The life-size cow sculptures were auctioned off to generate money for the Break charity.
It was important to take advantage of the kids' chance to participate in such a creative activity!
