From the Little Monsters Childcare
Little Monsters Childcare started out 12 years ago as a tiny daycare in a home with the belief that play is crucial to children's growth and development.
With time, we developed into the only nursery and preschool in the vicinity committed to making play the main activity of a child's day.
To ensure that kids at Little Monsters have the greatest experience possible, our skilled and committed team of Practitioners collaborate closely with families.
At Little Monsters, we take great satisfaction in our excellent rapport with the parents who entrust us with their kids.
Chris started working as a childminder 12 years ago and has since worked hard to promote Play Work in the educational community.
Chris has degrees in play work and most recently earned a master's degree in the field.
She also likes encouraging kids to try new things and explore diverse ideas. She is a supporter of messy play.
Lyn really likes playing with Lego, baking with the kids, and coming up with new activities to play with them (especially outside).
Lyn continues to bake, enjoys watching movies with her spouse, and enjoys spending time with her family.
Emma has been with Little Monsters for three years and has worked in childcare for fifteen years.
For 26 years, Karen has worked mostly with children aged 0 to 3 years old.
Karen especially likes observing how the kids grow through unstructured play and seeing how they interact with their peers in messy play.
Karen enjoys spending time with her family in her free time, especially with all of her grandchildren.
Sari began working with Little Monsters in June 2019 as a placement, and we were fortunate to be able to recruit her to the company once she was hired.
Outside of work, Sari likes to do crafts and gardening by herself or with her two adorable boys.
