Tom and Hayley have been wed for 24 years.
In 1993, Hayley earned her NNEB certification.
Since then, she has worked in Dorset, Devon, and Cornwall in the fields of childcare and education.
Tom enlisted in the Royal Marines in 1991, and he left the service in 2020.
They have four kids: two are in secondary school, one is a student nurse, and one is in the Army.
In 1993, Hayley graduated from Weymouth College with a Nursery Nurse Examining Board (NNEB) certificate.
When she was qualified, her first job was as a private nanny at Bryanston School, close to Blandford Forum, for a family of teachers.
Hayley had a passion, and Sandra and Michael assured her she would one day own her own nursery.
With the launch of Little Minnows in Truro, that ambition has been fulfilled after 25 years.
