From the Little Leaders
The ideal learning environment, in our opinion at Little Leaders, is one that is nurturing and encouraging.
Children are inspired to cultivate their unique talents and to embrace those of others via meaningful learning experiences.
Little Leaders has promoted play-based learning and built a feeling of community since its start.
Our large, light-filled rooms provide the kids plenty of space, as well as a designated sensory area and a safe garden for all the activities our setting has to offer.
Children learn about their neighbourhood and how to treat one another with respect and understanding.
Little Leaders was established in 2012 and is situated in Whalley Range, which is near to Old Trafford, Chorlton, Didsbury, Hulme, and Moss Side.
Our goal is to provide a setting that feels like home away from home, where each child's individuality is valued and acknowledged and they are all encouraged to fulfil their potential in order to give them the greatest possible start in life.
The environment fosters a sense of community where people share knowledge and learn from one another while recognising diversity and individuality.
Through investigation and the encouragement of questions, we hope to help each child develop an understanding of themselves and the world by embracing the cultural capital of their family.
This gives the child the best chance to succeed and make a meaningful contribution to their communities, which in turn fosters empathy and social responsibility.
In order for the instruction to continue to be of the highest calibre, qualified and committed teachers must cultivate happy children and create a caring and enjoyable environment in the classroom.
In accordance with Ofsted guidelines, practitioners are hired through a thorough recruiting and selection procedure.
NVQ Level 2, Level 3, and a degree in Early Years Childhood Studies are recognised credentials.
It's difficult to place your child in someone else's care, but Little Leaders has shown me that I can remain calm about my child's welfare and education.
