Little Jays Pre-School

SENCO (Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator), DSL, and owner (Designated Safeguarding Lead). We are dedicated to giving young children at Little Jays Pre-school a secure, loving, and engaging atmosphere where they may learn through play. We are passionate about assisting and enabling all children to reach their full potential and feel that early years care and education is crucial in ensuring that children have the best start in life. In a setting where they are accepted, loved, and respected as a family, we enable youngsters to grow in confidence and self-esteem. The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), which establishes standards for the education, growth, and care of your child from birth to age 5, is used at Little Jays Preschool. In order to do this, we design and offer a fun and stimulating atmosphere filled with engaging activities suitable for the child's age and developmental stage. We urge kids to make friends and have a good time. Every kid is regarded as an individual since it is understood that they will progress in the many areas of learning at their own pace. We accept kids with special needs. Our team members and volunteers are dedicated to offering the best possible care. They all have extensive experience working with young children and are very knowledgeable about early childhood development. Additionally, the DBS (formerly CRB) has given us all the go-ahead to work with children. The training for child protection and paediatric first aid is given to staff members and is refreshed every three years. The West Sussex County Council Early Childhood Service offers courses on many topics related to early years care and education that staff members frequently attend. We are thrilled to have received a Good rating across the board in the assessment.
