Activities: Staff make very good use of the large space available to support children to become mobile and support children's physical development.

Skills , Knowledge and Behavior: Staff use their expert knowledge and understanding of how children learn to provide a varied and superb range of play and learning experiences.

Communication: Extensive information is gathered when children first start at the nursery, which helps to inform children's starting points.

Community Building: The manager and staff have built excellent relationships with other professionals, outside agencies and local schools. This results in extremely well-coordinated strategies that promote the excellent progress of all children.

Welcoming and Professional Staff: Relationships between staff and children are exceptionally strong. Children develop strong emotional attachments with their key person and friendships with their peers.

Safeguarding Training: The manager has fully implemented new procedures since the last inspection to ensure that safeguarding procedures are followed in the event of allegations against a member of staff.

Play and Learning Integration: Children explore the texture of the cake mixture, telling their friends how runny it is now they have added eggs.

Transition to Primary School: All children, given their starting points and capabilities, make rapid progress and are extremely well prepared for the next stage in their education.

Child Safety Management: The manager has an excellent understanding of the importance of informing Ofsted of any significant events. This helps to ensure children are safeguarded always.

Children's Safety and Security: They know children extremely well. They are highly flexible and adaptable to support and nurture children. This helps to ensure children's emotional well-being is prioritised to support them to feel safe and secure.

Happiness and Settling: Staff gently model the excellent use of manners and create a positive atmosphere of respect and mutual trust.
