Communication: Staff actively share daily feedback with parents when they collect their child.

Programs and Resources: Staff work well in partnership with others. This helps them to consistently meet all children's needs, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND).

Staff Training: Staff work well in partnership with school, particularly for children with SEND. Staff routinely gather and share information from the children's schoolteachers.

Welcoming and Professional Staff: Staff are incredibly positive role models. They communicate with lots of respect to the children.

Safeguarding Training: Induction procedures are robust. This enables staff to have a clear understanding of the club's policies and procedures, including safeguarding.

Play and Learning Integration: They maintain high levels of engagement as they lead their own play.

Transition to Primary School: Staff deploy themselves well. This ensures that children are effectively supervised as they eat and play. Staff are very responsive to the children.

Nutritional Menu: Children are provided with a range of healthy and balanced meals and snacks.

Child Safety Management: There is an open and positive culture around safeguarding that puts children's interests first.

Happiness and Settling: Children are happy and settled. They regularly seek staff out, where needed.
