Communication: A new online application has been recently introduced, which has helped to enhance communication. Parents and carers explain how the regular exchange of information helps them to know how their children are getting on and how they can support their children's continued learning and development.

Programs and Resources: Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities are supported very well. The manager and staff have a good knowledge and understanding of all children and their needs.

Staff Training: They work closely with parents and other professionals. This helps them to find the best ways to help individual children to catch up to their peers.

Welcoming and Professional Staff: Children are eager to attend and enjoy a warm welcome from the caring and considerate staff. Young children who are new to the setting build sound relationships with staff.

Safeguarding Training: Managers and staff have a comprehensive understanding and implement procedures to protect children from harm. They know about the possible signs and symptoms of abuse and deal appropriately with any concerns that they identify or allegations they receive.

Play and Learning Integration: The purposeful play experiences and interactions with staff engage children and enrich learning. Staff extend opportunities for children to learn during play. They interact effectively, talking to children about what they are doing and asking open-ended questions to prompt children's thinking.

Transition to Primary School: The setting provides funded early education for two-, three- and four-year-old children.

Diversity Management: For those children who speak English as an additional language, staff learn key words and phrases to help with communication. Staff ensure all children who want to participate are involved in fun group games.

Child Safety Management: The premises are safe and secure. Staff are vigilant to identify and minimise risks to children's safety.
