Communication: Staff keep parents fully up to date with their children's learning and development with consultations and daily feedback.

Community Building: They offer parents workshops on children's development, such as potty training and the importance of books.

Programs and Resources: Staff support parents to access speech and language courses.

Staff Training: Staff closely monitor children and work with professionals to ensure that children receive focused support.

Welcoming and Professional Staff: Staff are passionate about delivering high-quality care and education to the children.

Safeguarding Training: Staff complete regular safeguarding training to keep their knowledge up to date.

Play and Learning Integration: Children make excellent progress in their physical development; they delight as staff sing nursery rhymes and use electronic tablets to trace letters.

Transition to Primary School: As children move through the nursery, staff work closely together and share learning goals and information about the child.

Diversity Management: Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities are well supported.

Child Safety Management: Staff show a good understanding of their responsibilities to protect the welfare of children.

Children's Safety and Security: Staff supervise children when using digital technology.

Happiness and Settling: Children make good progress in a calm and nurturing environment; they build meaningful friendships and develop positive social skills.
