When will they start studying books?
In actuality, we don't prepare them for school.
Since 2 year olds (or 3 or 4 year olds, for that matter) are not built to sit still, we provide an environment that is age appropriate.
Kids have a natural curiosity and desire to learn.
Children will learn and advance if they are raised by the appropriate individuals and in the correct environment.
Do our employees merely watch the kids play while they work?
providing constant assistance and inspiration to the kids.
Consider writing as merely one instance.
It's quite possible that a child won't be interested in writing with you if you drag them away from their game.
Join in on their games, pursue THEIR interests, and you never know when the right moment will come to introduce a clipboard and pencil!
