Lesley Davies holds an Early Years Professional Status and a BA (Hons) Degree (First) in Early Years Education and Childcare.
Nine employees have relevant early years credentials (seven at Level 3, two at Level 2), and two more employees are actively pursuing a Level 3 childcare credential.
We've all worked with kids before, and the majority of us are mothers.
We collaborate with Bromley's Special Educational Needs Team and frequently employ additional professionals to serve certain kids who require special educational or medical care.
In order to enhance children's learning, we place a great value on ensuring that there is always a high ratio of adults working directly with the children.
We recognise that the pre-school years are a crucial period and work to ensure that every child and family has a positive and fulfilling experience during this time.
Play is essential for kids.
