In order to create adaptable services in the community, Lifelong Family Links will collaborate with kids, teens, and adults with disabilities, their caregivers, family members, and community-based service providers.
We shall continue to put the perspectives of children and people with disabilities at the centre of our work and the work of others.
taking part in a variety of local collaborations to exchange knowledge, best practises, and resources in order to produce flexible services that adapt as children's and adults' needs and preferences evolve over time.
To offer a variety of easily available information and guidance on a number of topics vital to kids, adults, and those who care for them who have learning difficulties.
Supporting individuals with disabilities, placing them at the centre of planning, ensuring that friends and family members are partners in planning, and including as many organisations and people as required to better the lives of children and adults with disabilities.
We acknowledge that because of their caregiving obligations, the family and friends of children and people with disabilities may face disadvantages and prejudice.
