After your first visit, when you have decided on the number of sessions you need and the next start date, you will be prepared to reserve your spot at the facility.
Parental Consent for the Provision of FEE for Children Ages 2, 3, and 4.
We will also need your deposit to reserve your spot in addition to these forms.
Child who receives government money and works 15 hours per week.
There will be a 31 deposit needed.
Please be aware that a deposit of no less than $31.00 is required.
Please be aware that until we have received all of the aforementioned forms and your deposit, we will not be able to reserve, save, or secure your spot at nursery.
Please be aware that unless your costs are brought current, your kid will NOT be allowed to attend nursery if you still owe money after this date.
Your child will be able to begin with immediate effect once your sessions have been decided upon with a member of the management team and you have completed the contract / registration form (Contract can be downloaded by clicking here).
According to the terms of your contract, we need four weeks' notice to cancel or change a session.
To reserve your spot, we require a deposit equal to your first four weeks' worth of rent.
Please be aware that once this money has been paid and your contract or registration form has been received, ONLY THEN WILL WE SECURE YOUR PLACE (registration form can be downloaded by clicking here).
