At Lake House Day Nursery, we think that the best ways for kids to learn are via polite interactions and relationships in a joyful, caring, and engaging atmosphere.
The young child's work is play.
We think it's important to provide kids the time and space they need to unleash their natural creativity and build a passion for learning that will last a lifetime.
Every child has a key worker who is in charge of keeping track of their care and learning.
Parents are given access to their child's learning diary during parent-teacher conferences, which are also used to report on the child's progress.
At Lake House Day Nursery, we consider it an enormous honour when parents entrust their young children to our care, upbringing, and education.
We give the youngster a lot of opportunities to pursue their natural interests.
The cook is quite amiable, concerned about the diet of kids, and is familiar with them.
My kids are always happy and safe in the daycare, in my opinion.
The staff's learning journals demonstrate how well they know and watch the kids and how they learn via play and practical games and activities.
The manager, Gill, who is very hands-on with the kids and her employees, is one of the reasons I believe Lake House functions so well.
Additionally, having male employees is a fantastic benefit for the nursery.
Over the past two years, I've gotten to know the Lake House team, and I really value their ability to give the kids a home away from home.
I choose Lake House because I thought it was a place where my (at the time unborn) child would feel at home.
The kids appeared content and interested in the personnel.
We are delighted that our two there-at-the-moment children are well cared-for, nourished, and given plenty of opportunities to engage in activities we don't do at home, particularly messy play.
When we were looking, I had no idea what to look for in a nursery.
But for us, having a site close to our house and my husband's workplace was crucial.
We adore the nursery since it does so much more than just watch the kids; the workers will phone if the kids are ill and explain what's happening.
The staff takes great pleasure in the kids and is very personable and kind.
In a lively, entertaining nursery like Lake House, kids are encouraged to grow through play.
They enjoy the cuisine, the activities, and the personnel there and have made some wonderful friends.
Knowing how much my kids love attending to Lake House nursery provides me enormous peace of mind as a caring parent.
"After the wonderful four years that our daughter enjoyed, there was no doubt in our minds as to where our second child would attend nursery.
Their growth in terms of major developmental phases as well as social and emotional development has been excellent and has always felt like a natural extension of how we are as a family.
