Two Supernumerary Nursery Managers work full-time in each nursery.
The Managers encourage and assist the Nursery's staff team's continuing growth and quality.
In addition to ensuring that the care delivered is of a high standard and in accordance with the setting's ethos, policies, and procedures, they work closely with the staff team to mentor and support them as they develop professionally.
