Since its inception, the King David Nursery has broadened its scope, developed a respectable reputation and position in the community, and increased its financial effectiveness. Our staff members get along well with one another, and we have good management and leadership. The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum is offered by the nursery.
Olufunmilayo Akande, the owner of King David Nursery, has 18 years of experience in childcare, holds a Level 3 NVQ, and hopes to start a Childcare Foundation Degree Course in the future. Olufunmilayo, a mother of three who was nurtured in a Christian home, is deeply concerned for the growth and wellbeing of children.

Our organization's overarching goals include both the continuing improvement of services within the communities in which it operates and the regulated and managed growth of its clientele.
Play encourages doing and talking, which research has proven to be the primary ways that young children learn and develop. The early learning objectives and a child's developmental stage are used by King David Nursery/Preschool to organise and deliver a variety of play activities that support children's growth in all areas of learning and development. Some of these games let the kids choose how they will use them, while others let an adult take the reins and guide the kids through the activity. In every activity, the child's developmental stage is evaluated using data from observation to determine the best course of action for meeting the child's needs.
