Diversity Management: Adaptations to the provision help those children who find it difficult to communicate verbally, including those who speak English as an additional language.

Child Safety Management: Thorough risk assessments are made, and managers consider staff deployment as part of their focus on keeping children safe.

Children's Safety and Security: Staff demonstrate a good understanding of safeguarding procedures.
