Over 30 years ago, BANCA Under 5s Playgroup, the predecessor of today's Kiddy Winks Pre School, debuted in a classroom at the Bakersfield and Neighbourhood Community Centre.
Our goal is to provide an atmosphere that is safe, joyful, engaging, and secure so that children may develop to their greatest potential in terms of confidence, self-esteem, and independence while also beginning to grasp the ideas required for those crucial early years.
We at Kiddy Winks take great satisfaction in our superior personal, social, and emotional abilities and keep up the hard work that you, as parents or caregivers, have already begun.
We are Pre School Learning Alliance members who are dedicated to helping kids learn through play in a setting where they feel safe and valued as individuals.
Consequently, we back the Early Years Foundation Stage framework in its whole.
Kiddy Winks Pre School is located in the centre of the neighbourhood.
When the time comes, there is a smooth transition to full-time school because to the strong connections we have with the neighbourhood and the local schools, as well as the friends the kids have already met in pre-school.
Since Kiddy Winks is a registered charity, it is run by a committee of volunteers, most of whom are parents who are dedicated to keeping the pre-school running and providing the children who attend with a quality, nurturing atmosphere.
