Communication: Parents will have access to photos that will enable them to see their children's experiences. The club's policies and procedures will be available for parents to view.

Welcoming and Professional Staff: A thorough induction procedure will help new staff have the knowledge and ability to care for children and to support their safety.

Safeguarding Training: The area manager understands how to identify the signs and symptoms that may suggest a child is at risk of harm, radicalisation or extreme views. She knows where to report concerns about children's safety or if an allegation of abuse is made against a member of staff. Furthermore, she explains how she will ensure that staff's knowledge of safeguarding is current.

Play and Learning Integration: Staff will talk to children to help them remember what they are learning during their day at school. They will encourage children to read books and to write their name.
