Jigsaw Nursery

Activities: There are a wide variety of activities offered to them.

Skills , Knowledge and Behavior: Children make good progress in their learning and development.

Communication: Partnerships with parents and extended family members are strong.

Programs and Resources: Support is good for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities and those with specific medical needs.

Welcoming and Professional Staff: The small staff team works closely together. Parents appreciate the home-from-home feel and the warm welcome they get when they drop off and collect their children.

Safeguarding Training: The two designated persons for safeguarding have undertaken relevant and recent training. As a result, their safeguarding knowledge is appropriate.

Play and Learning Integration: Children enjoy using the indoor and, especially, the outdoor environment.

Transition to Primary School: Children are supported well to make the progress they are capable of. This sets them in good stead for starting school when the time comes.

Child Safety Management: Risks are assessed carefully.

Happiness and Settling: Children enjoy coming to nursery and are happy and confident.
