We are able to provide assistance for children aged 2, 3, and 4.
There is 2-year funding available, however there are requirements.
The term after your child's third birthday is when funding for 3 and 4 year olds becomes available.
We adhere to the EYFS as an early years provider registered with OfSted (Early Years Foundation Stage).
There are 7 areas in the EYFS: 3 primary and 4 specific.
Every child will have a key worker with whom you, as the primary caregiver, can communicate.
The key worker will chart your childs development in their own learning journal which is securely stored online.
The key worker will carry out a progress check for all children who are 2 years old which will be shared with the parents/carers.
We have good links with outside agencies and can call on them if we have identified a child who may need additional support to ensure this is put into place as early as possible.
We offer a lunchclub at three of our sessions.
This is a very social event with lots of underlying learning and fully prepares the children for lunch at big school.
We have school time built into the session for kids who are getting ready for school and those who are more capable.
