Since 2009, Step Up has operated out of its own location in Portishead, where it currently provides help to up to 100 kids, many of whom attend local schools. Students at Step Up come from a significantly broader range of geographic locations, such as Bristol, Clevedon, Nailsea, and Weston Super Mare.
Step Up provides a respectful learning atmosphere where our kids can develop their academic skills via engaging instruction and games. Through homework that is intended to improve students' fundamental arithmetic, business, and English skills, students are also encouraged to take charge of their own education.
The goal of Step Ups is to raise knowledge levels among students of all ages and skill levels through scheduled lectures. The learner will receive an initial evaluation that will reveal their level of proficiency. The lessons are then developed to strengthen weak points and regions where there is a glaring knowledge gap. The initial lack of topic confidence is quickly overcome by concentrating on the pupils' urgent requirements, and results typically follow rather fast.
Year 6 SATS, IGCSE, GCSE, and A level are all taught by Step Up (Key stage 1 through to Key stage 4) Sentence structure, SPAG, inference, text reading, and test strategies are all covered in English education.
Questions in mathematics range from basic skills and SATS through A* A level. To help students reach their maximum potential and the best exam results possible, both subjects are curriculum-based.
