The location of Honeybees Forest School & Nursery is in Willand, a residential neighbourhood of Cullompton.
We provide a service that is open to all kids in the neighbourhood.
We provide a schedule of activities tailored to each child's needs.
To make sure we are still meeting the needs of the parents and the children in our care, we must review and analyse.
Whether or whether their input is required for the events, we promise our parents that this will be the absolute minimum we do all year.
Dates for parent input diaries are provided far enough in advance so that a morning or afternoon off can be scheduled or a costume can be created.
We believe that giving our busy parents advance notice of such events is essential for a happy family life.
Originally a garden centre by the name of Cottage Garden, which ran for nearly 7 years, a vastly overgrown plot of land was transformed into a lovely nursery school in 2014.
The nursery welcomed neighbourhood kids in 2015 after being lovingly constructed by neighbourhood craftsmen and given its name by a neighbourhood bee farmer.
After searching for a setting to enhance our current setting for years, we finally found Honeybees in 2019.
And to our joy, it was up for purchase.
The outside space and the area for kids to learn and explore in a very natural environment were both present in this lovely, unique nursery, which was everything we had been searching for.
We took over Honeybees in 2020 after deciding as a family that we would relocate closer to our relatives. This will be a voyage unlike any other.
We anticipate welcome both familiar and unfamiliar families and are confident that we will create some enduring bonds with both parents and children.
