Hilltop Pre-School

Since its founding in 1967, Hilltop Pre-School has been giving the neighborhood's children access to a top-notch early education. It now runs out of a specific classroom in the St. Barnabas Children's Center in Portishead. Along with an all-weather outside area, the kids also have access to their own outdoor space. The enormous playground at the back of the Children's Center is also accessible from the setting.
There are spaces available for 21 kids. Children can enrol at Hilltop as early as 2 years, 6 months old, and financing is available as of the funding period (Autumn, Spring, Summer). after their third birthday.
Children must attend a minimum of 3 sessions. Morning, afternoon, and all-day programmes are available, as well as lunch club for a modest additional cost. As long as there are openings, this allows parents to enjoy childcare in the morning from 9:00 to 12:00, in the afternoon from 12:30 to 15:30, or throughout the day from 9:00 to 15:30.
Hilltop Lunch Club is open Monday through Friday from 12:00 to 12:30 (children must bring a packed lunch). Snack time is also available to kids throughout the morning and afternoon sessions.
Each session is led by a skilled team, many of whom have extensive experience working with preschoolers. They are well-versed in the requirements of this age group and comprehend them completely. Each session is run in accordance with OFSTED regulations by certified, DBS-verified professionals, the majority of whom have a paediatric first aid certification. All children are assigned a staff member as a Keyperson upon admission. During the childs time at the setting the Keyperson will record observations on their keychildren and correspond with parents via email about learning and progress.
